My girlfriend’s tired blew up about 16 minutes from their place. I had been calling around and very few places were open on a Sunday after 6pm. I even left a voicemail with another place before calling Big B’s. Big B’s answered the phone right away, discussed some ideas with me considering all the tire shops were closed, and then came right away! They told us they had no problem dropping it off at a tire shop and they didn’t even need us to follow. I was also surprised at how affordable it was. Just a flat rate for picking it up and dropping it off. Very nice. They also were extremely friendly and kind so all in all, I will forever recommend them if towing is ever needed in the future.

They were quick and efficient. They were polite and helpful especially since we used them during rush hour of the day. When other towing companies said it would take them over 2 hours to take care of us, they were able to do it in 20 minutes.

An amazing experience! Towed my Fiat out of a tough corner, willing to get under the hood to manually shift the gears and let me ride along to the mechanic! Will be sure to call Big B’s next time I need roadside assistance. Thanks!

My family went to look at land plots in Elmendorf. We got stuck in freshly laid out sand. Didnt realize how soft the ground was. My insurance could not locate a winch truck to pull us out. I looked up companies close by me and Big B's towing was the lucky one. Talked to Chito and he came right away. My insurance company was dragging and still after 1 hour they couldn't find anyone. I called my insurance and told them about Big B's towing and that I wanted him to be my service. Chito was AWSOME and my SAVIOR. If anyone needs towing services or a winch services...Chito and Big B's Towing is for you. THANK YOU CHITO!

Use this guy! He is seriously the best!!!!!! This guy saved our lives. We flew into San Antonio at 2am to find our car, that we were supposed to use to drive to our home 2 hours away, dead. We called him at 3am and he got to us within 20 minutes. He told us he would take our car wherever we wanted and even drove us to the bus station. We were going to have him drop the car off at the dealership and he referred us to a mechanic friend of his. I was hesitant but then agreed to letting his friend work on our car. We really appreciate the referral because the mechanic didn't overcharge us. All it was was a blown fuse and he totally could have told us it was way more. Anyway, the moral of the story is this guy is honest, friendly, and reliable. He totally took care of us. Thank you!!!!
